♥i've found a job! (Wednesday, January 04, 2006 / 10:23 pm)
all right, I GOT A JOB AT LAST, after reading newspapers today n trying out an interview in the which the advertisement says 'students waiting for results---ok'. i mean i have to try all sorts of means already. getting a job is realli tough...ok, welcome to adult life, rite?
quite surprised tt i only went 4 the interview today n was able to receive the gd news so quickly... starting work on mon... pay arh...actually quite low lor w/o the commission. juz hope tt i have gd performance. dun realli wan to wait for other jobs anymore... anyway...it's quite a classy shop....
I wanna comment on sth... esp on dis employment system...i noe the pragmatic system the bosses prefer, meaning they wan to hire ppl wif experience so that they are more familiar wif their job scope. but i simply hate the attitude tt most of them totally shun ppl w/o working experience even if they are capable(in which, they are not given a chance to display at all) i'm not saying tt i'm capable or wad...but i juz simply feel tt bosses shld sometimes give chances to those w/o working experience... dun tell mi, both candidates who are A level standard, but the one w/o working experience is more stupid or less capable...
it's a matter of opportunity, i'm toking abt...some ppl out there or students who have no working experience could have been 100% focusing on their studies when they were still pursuing education. so wad's the wrong wif them when they have no working experience. they still have to start work one day, n they would need bosses out there who are willing to give them the chance to start...getting rejection due to reasons as 'sorry, u have no working experience', 'u r too fresh', 'u r still a student waiting for result' shld not be the punishment to those who are genuine in looking for a job....
seriously, if no boss or company is willing to open up to accept them, dun tell mi tt those w/o working experience would never ever have a chance to start out? or they have to stoop to relatively lower jobs, like working at fast food even when they have completed their A levels and able to do some admin n retail work?
i noe i'm pissed...but ha...can't control my emotions, felt damn strong towards dis issue...hope my frenz out dere, those w/o working experience n now frantically working now can get a job soon...gd luck...
