♥father's day celebration (Saturday, June 16, 2007 / 9:56 pm)
today is our official family day
we headed down to tampines mall for shopping
it was a mini shopping trip and i have the mood because i noe i am working!
mummy and ting got shoes for themselves
i finally got myself a wallet from isetan for all my cards
and thanks to ting for this belated bday present
nowadays i tend to shop isetan alot
probably due to my ownership of the member card
ting got a father'day present for daddy frm isetan too!
it's hush puppies briefs!!!! lol
for my part, I decided to make payment for the father'day feast
as mummy would like to try soup restaurant and i was also quite keen to
we went to the century square branch which was not crowded when we patronised it
the food there is good.
the famous samsui chicken is simple yet delicious
it is actually chicken wrapped with lettuce and dipped with ginger
i decided to order it because yesterday i checked some reviews online,
and most of them recommended this dish
but my fave is the 虾酱海参豆腐煲!
it is very tasty and delicious!
the sauce is good too!
the next tasty dish is the 冬瓜排骨汤！
i think it is a real must to order soup when you patronize this restaurant
this soup is heaven! lol
and i love to drink soup!
never regret going there and it is worth paying for the meal!

daddy made the payment first because they dun accept NETS and i dun have credit card
but in the end, i gave his an ang bao of $128
so it kinda the same too( oya, 20bucks sponsored by mummy)
n i like to see the smile on his face when he was surprised that ting bot him tt present(becoz mummy n ting told him they din buy)
but i have been eating alot recently.
and i gained 1 kg!!! argh....
i realli can't stop my diet and resist the good food!!!

i checked out the mp3 player that caught my eyes in the i-weekly mag
this new series is actually promoted by the project superstars
i like the purple, pink and blue ones
and it's pretty affordable to my surprise
$179 for 2GB and $239 for 4GB
this series is quite attractive especially when i needed one that has big memory and yet at the same time convenient and light to carry around.
i think i will go and buy it when i get my pay after a few weeks' time!
n i wonder if i would able to save much $$$$ for sch re-open and my next year's trip.
