Sad to say, valentine's day is gradually not a special occasion to cheer about.
In those times when I was still in uniform, Vday was always full of fun, excitement and busy preparation.
I had to prepare cards, chocolates, little presents and sometimes flowers to all my dear dear friends and love ones. And sometimes prepare gift for 'him' when I happen to be in a relationship.
Then, I would wait with anticipation for the surprises that I would get frm my friends, admirers or love ones.
I would receive many many roses, cards, candies, a bouquet of roses with ferrero rocher and many many more.

Now, this kind of craze seems to be over for me.
Few friends would give me little presents. No surprises. But you will see all those lovely-dovey couples around with bouquets of flowers, reminding you every single minute that it's Vday.
It's just another sad day that reminds you that 'Hey, you are single!'

Today, I received a beautiful flower from Serene which brightened up my day!
As usual, she likes to give me n kit geok flowers!
So while Serene went to help me get lunch, I took pictures of all her flowers in her paper bag.


And after our lunch and long chat, Serene went off for lessons.
Kit Geok was so nice to stay with me for the next 2 hours break!
The next moment, we found ourselves taking pics of all the flowers...haha
Den we had fun stalking somebody's blog together.







During lecture, felt great to see jen, nat n fauz they all.
Always enjoyed their company.
Though single, I'm glad that I still have some friends around who at least bother to care.

So I din go anywhere unlike the past few years to stay at hm n rush for another assignment due to tml. how sad.
