I'm back at HortPark for the second time in the month, this time on a photoshoot trip in charged by my 'mentor', Carrie.

This is a place which resembles so little of the typical Singapore's skyrise landscape.


The venue of the first photoshoot is in the Fruit Room,and last for around one hour plus. Meanwhile, I watched earnestly as the crew set up their photography equipment. I helped out here and there and eventually managed to snap a few shots of their work progress.

For just a beautiful and simple photoshoot that could awe the viewer, the behind scenes are not at all simple and easy. Even though ultimately, there will be perhaps only one or two photos chosen for the recruitment drive, the photographer had to take like more than 30 photos of the 'model'.




We asked questions to keep the 'model' talking so that she would look as if she is really giving a presentation.

After the first photoshoot, we proceeded to PCN, just beside the Changi Airport. It was around 11am-12noon by then, the killer scorching sun emerged and beat mercilessly upon our back.



While waiting for the second 'model' to arrive, the photographer wasted no time and checked out on the shooting site. A professional photographer indeed!

I love this kind of out-of-office trips, it beats anything than staying in the office doing mandane admin work. :)
