After weeks of whining on how school work sux, I managed to inject some energy and fun into my life during the recess week.

I celebrated 3 birthdays in a row. Ate Sakae Sushi and sang K with mei mei and ivan on last Friday for his birthday celebration

We were given a big room, with a window that overlooked the causeway pt. However, somehow I felt that the sound system and the microphones were really not up to standard. They kept having feedback and sometimes voices couldn't be heard.

Mei Mei said this seat resembled a crown seat.


Ivan was particular high that day probably because it was his advanced bday celebration. He is super good at singing 最近! No wonder, mei mei always loves that song.







Den there was Yi Qing's 21st bday party on Saturday. It was also a mini JC gathering since my birthday last March. But it was still short of SOMEONE.

(Many a times, I really dun understand why some people do not reply to sms. I'm not talking about silly sms or forwarded sms but a sms that is asking you a question. Does it really take so much strength and time to just type a reply even a short one? Where is the basic courtesy of people nowadays? When people bothered to sms you to ask, please make it a point to reply to show mutual respect)

And by doing this, you are actually doing a big favour and not screwing up things.
I realise that nowadays I have limited patience in handling nonsense.

--well, my $20 is still pending, so some of you, i guess should be prepared to exceed budget---

By the way, last Saturday was a hectic day, with project meeting in the day and i kept missing bus for my journeys and screwing up my time schedule... Nevertheless, everything was in order by the end of the day and I had a great time catching up with my pals.

For the first time, we played mahjong together. YES, I know it seems weird that with us as good friends all along, we never had a chance to play mahjong together.

Furthermore, our decision to squeeze the 5 of us(gers) in Wei Jie's car to the train station was so funny because we just dun want to be splitted up by having some of us in PK's car.

And I will never forget how classic PK's behavior was when he shouted from his car like some big-shot gang leader to confirm that we dun want to take his car.

Gatherings like this always bring back all the fond memories I shared with this group of people during my JC life.
I realise that I'm still a collectivistic person under the shield of my independent upfront. I miss them. I really do...

The venue was quite painstakingly decorated with balloons by Yi Qing's bf-Wei Jie. By looking at how he helped throughout the party, I feel really happy for YQ that she found someone so reliable and good to her... :)



Moving on, I went back to Pasir Ris on Sunday again. This time to Peiwen's birthday party at Costa. It was a cozy celebration and I met my sec sch friends who I never see in ages. AGES mean as long as 5 years!!!
They have changed so much. And suddenly I feel old (haha), coz another 5 years down the road, who knows, I might be going to one of their weddings!!!GOSH!!!!

And I got the feeling that I will be more shocked in Andreas' upcoming bday party on 11 Oct coz she told me that she invited lots of old friends and classmates. 100 people!!!!
