♥Stepping into the Fairytale Land (Saturday, January 31, 2009 / 12:38 am)
It's taking me ages to post this entry because of the huge no. of pictures and videos.
My first trip to Disneyland and I love it!
I always got a thing for Disney characters and merchandise. Disneyland is the best place for me to rekindle my love for them. lol

I wanted to ride on the horse carousel coz everytime you see them in dramas etc. I think when I was young, I did ride on it before but I certainly did not have vivid memories of it. So, I was quite decided to take this ride till I realised that the people queuing up were really young kids or I felt abit paiseh and gave up the thought.
Frankly speaking, I was pretty obssessed with taking photos with the Mascots than anything else coz I guess they would be something I could refer back to when I look at them in the photos...But Tokyo Disneyland was sooo packed with visitors. It was overcrowded for a Friday and I wondered if these people needed to work or study at all because I dun really think that day was a school holiday or public holiday. Everywhere I went, there was a long queue.
So I forsake phototaking with Mickey Mouse that day for Winnie the Pooh because both of them were the hottest and most popular mascots with the longest beeline and my time could only allow one of them.
It was a great pity as it seemed like I din get to take photo with the icon of the Disneyland.
Nevertheless, I was comforted with the picture taken with Pooh.
The clouds looked great as the background.
The wind was too strong....
-Inside Minnie Mouse's house-
-In one of the disney stores-
They were expensive to buy so I could only fulfil my desire to wear them in the shop and I secretly took a photo with it. Dunno if it's allowed though.
I looked crazy but it's fun!!!!
-I liked this pic alot!!!-

Videos time!!!
Disneyland is well-known for their parades!!!! And yes, this is something you shouldn't miss!
#1: Disneyland's Night Parade
Jenice and I chopped seats, shivering in the cold for 1 hr before the parade to get a good view. It was chilling at night, but amazingly, everyone was there early to get good seats. lol.
And the best thing is, everyone observed good etiquette by sitting down on the road throughout the whole show, so no one was blocked at all. I bet, if it's in Singapore, people will all be standing up, pushing and squeezing to get to the front.
