summing up for the week (Sunday, March 01, 2009 / 11:54 pm)

My one week of rest is gone in split seconds.
It wasn't exactly a rest as I was mugging hard for my history mid-term but sad to say, I have yet to finish my revision. The revision was super tedious and I had underestimated that.

I have yet to vist the National Museum or apply for my PDL too because yup, was busy with my mugging.
And now, I realised that the second life treasure hunt I was supposed to complete had simply slipped off my mind. I hate additional work like this, it's really a waste of my time.

I'm gonna pon the governance lecture tml anyway for the sake of my mid term. And I'm also contemplating the idea of skipping my mno tutorial on tue. lol...wad a great way to end up my conscientious NUS student life arh...

Anyway, some updates here...

Yesterday, I attended my cousin's wedding lunch at Keppel CLub.
The place was quite inaccessible for families like mine who do not own a car.
However, the interior decorations and the ambience of the club (where the wedding lunch) were quite applauable.
I like the oriental touch there, I guess it's something different from the usual Orchard Road wedding setting.

The food was filling and quite delicious. The white wine was especially good.

After the wedding, I did some shopping at forever21 at Vivocity. Bought some tops and a bag and spent $130 plus, thinking that the 7% off help to reduce my total price.
But, it's a cheat. Prices printed on the tag were said to be discounted already, but I doubt there was any real reduction. Unlike forever 21, G2000 really had some price reductions. Few weeks ago, I managed to get 2 tops for $90 plus for latest designs too. I knew there was a great discount because usually such top would cost $69 each.

Today, I went to NATAS fair with my family. There was a big camera sale and papa ended up buying a CANON IXUS 870 for me... (but I had to pay instalments for that camera)

Also, we signed up for the cruise package for the family. We will be sailing off to the sea in May!!!
