On the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, I decided to head down to River Hongbao for a look.

I have been forsaking River Hongbao for Sentosa Flower Fest the past 2 years. This year, I thought for a change, I should go to River Hongbao instead. However,the River Hongbao was pretty disappointing.

It was probably that the whole event was held on the Floating Platform and the place is not able to hold heavy decorations so basically, all the displays weren't that fascinating.

I managed to comb the whole place like within 1 hour.

I think the pandas are there to celebrate the Vday which coincides with the Chinese New Year

Ivan was fuming mad because there was this pervertic man whom purposely walked by to interrupt the photo-taking and worse, he held Ivan's hand as he walked past.



Yesterday, I headed down to Jurong Pt to meet ZL. As he wanted to cook for dinner, we went grocery shopping at Fair Price and headed to his hall.

So our dinner was Linguine with creamy white mushrooms, bacon and lettuce and omelette.







His hall is well furnished, be it its interior or exterior. He said due to upcoming YOG, everywhere is having repaint works. The place is like Condo; you have to tap in your card to enter and take the lift up to your room. I like its quiet surroundings, its spacious room and very clean kitchen.



After dinner, we headed to a place called ADM and we went star gazing. The place is like Marine Barrage, open, windy and with neat and green patches of grass. There were many students who brought their mats there to have picnics or lie on their back to gaze at the myriads of stars. I got to admit that it was a beautiful place.

I'll be going back there, probably soon :) :)
