Hi all, just thought of dropping a few lines before I head for my afternoon shift work.

I'm been into my new job for exactly 1 week. The people there are so far fun and amiable. Trainings have been very enjoyable whenever the people share their experiences from their previous jobs. Most of them were ex airline crew.

In terms of trainings, the overload of information has been taking a toil on me. There are lots of jargons to remember and I dread role plays coz I always zonk out and at a loss with giving an appropriate solution whenever the role play is on handling COMPLAINTS and demanding guests. I guess, there is a big room for improvement for me in many aspects.

There will be a practical final assessment on 14 Apr for me...If I can't pass that...well...I guess I have to bounce back to finding Admin work to do...lol

I'll be having a couple of birthday celebrations this weekend! I can't wait for Friday evening to come even though I still need to work 8.30-5.30pm on Saturday.
