I got a piece of bad news today. I was totally stunned when I saw my new roster. With night shift ending on next Tuesday, I'm assigned to night SWING from Friday onwards for 2 whole weeks. It is as good as working night shift for one whole month as I'm already on night shift for the past 2 weeks already. >.<

I'm even more upset when the roster shows that almost every week I got to work for 7 days before I get my 2 days off. It's really ridiculous. In this case, can they tell me where on the earth I have 8 days off per month? It's like only 5-6 days off per month. With the new roster, I will be working with the top 10 inefficient people in my dept. Talk about having good luck.

I hate to say that I'm a quitter but I want to be one now. Within these few days, I would try to send as many resumes as possible and see how it goes.

If you have a decent job with a decent pay to recommend, please email me the details. I just want to get out of that place as soon as possible. Heck the remaining contract and the bond. Going to use my current annual leave and public holidays in lieu earned to offset them.
