I'm really happy that I was blessed with off days on National Day and morning shift before these off days and hence, allowing me to go for some gatherings with my friends.

So on Sunday, after my work, I took 133 down to Bugis to meet Jenice, Melody & Natalie. Eventually we decided to dine at Korean restaurant and had desserts at my favourite desserts place, MOF.

I was really grateful for everyone who made the effort to turn up for gatherings. Friendships are actually quite fragile. It does require constant meet-ups to bond everyone who are engaged in their own stuff and scattered in every part of the country back together.

And FRIENDSHIP REALLY NEEDS EFFORT TO SUSTAIN...

5 bangs, we will catch up more often k...

On National Day itself, woke up at 6.30am and headed down to Andreas' hse for prata breakfast. After which, went back to her hse while Hunny and her were busy preparing the food for the picnic.. Well, once again, I ended up watching tv with the rest of the khakis when the 2 of them were busy... :P

We reached the park ard 12 plus, ate the food, chatted with each other, played Saboteur, Monopoly deal and Captain's ball. Well, we really had to admit that we are old. We were all panting heavily and exhausted like hell after approx. 10 mins of game that we had to stop to take water breaks and rests. However, I was so happy that I managed to exercise and sweat it out after months of working and working. And my team won the matches!!! haha...

As the sun sets, we went for a bowling session and also caught the fireworks on the television there. It was the first time that we bowled together. I couldn't remember I had bowled with them except for May in our almost 10 years of friendship. lol












Anyway, I truly enjoyed all the gatherings and ya....cheers to a long-lived friendship among us all...(sound cheesy but that's what I really feel for the friends I love...)
