♥Christmas coming? (Tuesday, November 02, 2010 / 9:07 pm)
I went for an interview yesterday and happened to pass by Vivocity and they got a big Christmas tree up already!
I accompanied Mummy for grocery shopping at Northpoint and many places were playing Christmas songs!!!
The thought of Christmas arriving in a month's time put a smile on my face. Christmas has many fond memories for me.
Everything is happening so quickly. It seemed like only last year I was at Andreas' Christmas Party and things were pretty different back then. *smile*
Mei mei skyped with me few days ago and told me that Ottawa is snowing and it's covered with snow and she felt like Christmas already.
Snowing in end October!!! That's gonna be very very cold in December then. How I wish I could go there! It's like my dream to see snowing. lol. Too bad, HK doesn't snow huh...Probably would have to travel to Japan or Korea or China to see snowing.
Mei mei was telling me that snowing makes the area wet and slippery and sometimes it felt like rain while my Japanese teacher told me that she dun really like it when it snows because it makes her dirty and everywhere is inconvenient and dangerous.
I dunno whether by the time I really get to see snowing, my views would parallel theirs too.
I guess most of us are illusioned/disillusioned by the fantasy or beauty of snow reflected on Christmas cards or pictures...

I have blogging quite frequently for the past 2 weeks maybe because I have been going out less (with hunny) on my rest days (which I really miss). I took a MC last Sun, which was totally unplanned and because I really felt very sick on Fri and Sat. Fyi, I haven work morning shift for the past 2 months. Working morning shift means waking up at 5.30am. It was horrendous for my biological clock because for day shift, I usually reach home at 2.30am and sleep at 3 plus and for night swing, I will sleep at 5.30 or 6am and for night shift, even later, at 10.30am.
So on Thur night, I turned and tossed in the bed for the bloody whole night till around 3.30am or 4am, I only started to feel sleepy and dozed off. I used the word 'doze off' because at 4.30am, it started to rain very heavily and I woke up due to the blowing curtains and the books that fell onto my tabletop. Soon after, it was 5.30am... >.<
As I didn't really sleep that night and due to the cold weather, I caught a big flu.
I sneezed non-stop for Fri and Sat and by Sat evening, I was all feverish with a sore throat. Bo bian, I took a MC from the doctor in my company and rest on Sunday and followed by 2 days of my rest days.
Sad to say, tonight's gonna be another transition night for morning shift tml.
Next off day: 8 Nov and 14 Nov, 17 Nov and 18 Nov
All right, time for me to find Mr. Zhou and try to sleep well for tml.
